So whether it is on your lunch hour or another opportunity to take a few minutes during the day, we will schedule a Zoom meeting to accommodate your schedule. We can also make the whole process virtual where you never have to come in the office if that is better for you.

At Lutzel, Broadway & Associates, we focus our practice to four specific areas of the law: Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Business Law, Real Property Law and Asset Protection Planning After years of practicing independently, Rick Lutzel and Tina Broadway decided to join forces in 2004, forming Lutzel, Broadway and Associates. Tina had spent years focusing on real estate law while Rick had practiced in estate planning, business law, and asset protection. They found that their individual skills complemented each other’s in very positive ways. Since opening their doors, Rick and Tina have been helping people in North and South Carolina with their real property transactions as well as estate planning for their future and getting their businesses off the ground. ing.
